Your room is a spacious Bedroom Located on the Second Floor. Your main bathroom will be on the second floor, which is shared with another room mate, but the other 1/2 bathroom in the house is available for your use as well. You will have access to the a fully functioning kitchen with all needed appliances and laundry located on the main floor in the powder room. There is a large sunken family room with fireplace and large televisions. Large driveway for off-street parking. The bedroom is available already furnished with A queen Size Bed, chest, and Two Night Stands. Bedroom has large closet, plenty of storage and there is central air. I work and get home at varying times throughout the week. I am seeking someone neat, reliable for rent, and willing to contribute to normal household cleaning. New renter must be respectful of the home and all of my things since you will be living with the homeowner. No pets. No smoking. Male or Female. The room that will be available is $1450 a month for rent. Fios TV DVR service and utilities are included in the rent. Serious inquiries only.
