You will have access to the rest of the house, including a fully functioning kitchen with all needed appliances and laundry located on the main floor in the powder room. There is a large sunken family room with fireplace and large tv. There is also a home office with large desk and access to printers. Large driveway for off-street parking. The bedroom is available already furnished with a King sized bed, dresser, and chest. Bedroom has large closet, plenty of storage and there is central air. I work and get home at varying times throughout the week. I am seeking someone neat, reliable for rent, and willing to contribute to normal household cleaning.
