Available October 1st Rent: $1225 plus utilities Female Preferred 6 month lease to start

We are looking for a clean and responsible female tenant to rent the master bedroom in our home. The home, which is a 6 bed, 4 bath home (3800 sq ft) is shared with 3 other females that are in their early 20s. Two of the girls are in the basement and have their own kitchen and living room, so they will not be in the upstairs space. All of the tenants are very clean, quite, and respectful and we are looking for the same in a 4th tenant. The house is not furnished other than a couch and a dining room table. You will need to bring a bed and kitchen items etc. We ideally would like someone without any pets, but may consider a small to med dog if they are very well behaved and we meet them. The room will come with a garage space in the two car garage. We need someone who is clean and responsible and who pays their bills on time. We will provide lawncare, but would like someone in the house to shovel for discounted rent. We will start with a 6 month lease and if things go well we can extend it. All tenants are females in their early 20s. They are are all very quite and responsible. They for the most part keep to themselves but are very friendly. One is new to the state and is looking for new friends.
