Before reading, know that u must be a NON smoker..that means u do not smoke anything (no cigs, vape, weed, incense, etc) anywhere, at any time, not even outside in the clean air; this part of the neighborhood is literally “smoke free* !! House has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Rooms are priced at $950 a month for the 1st bedroom . 2nd bedroom is at end of balcony. It is slightly bigger and is priced at $1000/month with a $200 deposit. Weekly rents are also accepted for $300 per week. Rooms #1 and #2 (both located upstairs) share the upstairs bathroom. These 2 rooms are empty and available. House is spacious and is located on a street full of friendly neighbors. Driveway with parking for one vehicle per bedroom. Each room has 2 windows, closet and ceiling fan. Furnished with queen bed and dresser. Everyone, no matter the size of room or how long they’ve been there have the same rules. All rooms come with mattress covers as well as fitted sheet and flat sheet. U provide your own pillow. Rules/requirements: No couples, single occupancy only per room. Must have a job or schooling or volunteer work with a schedule with a min of 35 hours AWAY from the house. No animals No one under 21 allowed on property, not even to “visit”. One parking spot per room. Guests are your responsibility and they are not allowed on property if u are not present. Also, I already pay for a background service so I’ll use my own for the check on you (no cost to you!)
I am the owner/ manager and do not live on the property. That being said, i do have cameras in the common areas and outside to keep an eye on things. I also stop by at random times for maintenance and to make sure everything is up kept/cleaned properly. No drama, no drunks, no craziness. Roomies are all males and work full time away from the house, with different schedules. Most people tend to enjoy coming home to a quiet clean house after their day/nights work so we aim for that with our roomers. None of my renters smoke. None of my renters have pets/animals or children coming onto property. Nice and quiet place to relax after work..
