Lake's room

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease by the end of the year. I will be living here until I can get at least 2 people signed on the lease and everyone in the household is comfortable with each other. Very calm and peaceful neighborhood. I’m needing to move closer to family. First come first serve. Not holding for anyone because I’m running out of Time must pay first months rent up front. Must have decent credit and able to get application accepted. I have some minor things around the house that needs repairing but I am working on that now. Let me know if your interested.
