I am a driven, no BS, USC Trojan Alumni who works from home.

Its a 3 bedroom townhome apartment and there are only 3 people total ever living here.

Roomie #2 just graduated from UC Irvine.

Its important to me that the home is kept as a quiet, stress-free, positive, peaceful, and safe space.

We take Covid seriously and take measures to protect our own health and the health of others in the home (like hand washing, masks and social distancing in public, etc), and we would expect the same from anyone moving into the home.
