Includes washer/dryer: heating/air conditioning, internet and a common area TV. Currently available one furnished bedroom and a second unfurnished bedroom to choose from with a shared bathroom. Tenant has access to the entire home common areas including a shared kitchen/refrigerator. Roomies expected to be clean. No extra guest allowed to respect other roommates space and privacy. This house is not pet friendly.
