Our Washer/Dryer is in the garage. The window view looks out to a shimmering, relaxing view of the pool and inside we have high ceilings which add a nice depth to the place. Yourself and another person would be sharing 1.5 bathrooms, street parking only is available.

Our neighborhood is close to Hwys 880 & 92 ( just a few minutes away ). We have 4 different grocery stores, a 24 hour fitness and several different varieties of restaurants all within walking distance of a few blocks. Also Cal State East Bay, Life Chiropractic, and Chabot College are all within a 10 minute drive from this location.

The room is available today, monthly rent is $890 with a deposit of $1,950 due upon move in. All bills are include in rent ( internet, pg & e and water ). Gardening and trash bills are already factored into the rent.

We are a married couple in our 40’s who work and go to school, we are looking for a responsible person who is a non-smoker or partyer. We would like someone with current income or financial aid from college every month. We only ask that the bill’s and rent be paid on the due date and that you are respectful of the others in the house. Other than that we have a relaxed home atmosphere where you are welcome to use the kitchen at anytime and the other common areas.
