1 Bedroom available in a charming and sunny 2 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment in Logan Square starting June 1 or June 15 for a year-long lease! I’ve been in the apartment for a year and my current roommate is moving closer to work.
Price: $750 per person + utilities/internet ($50-$80 depending on the season).
Location: Building is on Maplewood between Logan BLVD and Fullerton. Right near the Fullerton highway entrance with very easy non-permit street parking (I commute north every day and have never had issues finding a spot!). 10 min walk to the California Blue Line, less than a 3 min walk to the Fullerton bus, 5 min walk to the Western bus. Short walk to Target, several gyms, and all of Logan Square’s great restaurants/bars!
Amenities/Details: renovated kitchen with granite island counter and stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave and pantry. Coin laundry in the basement, porch, window unit A/C, and basement storage space. Common areas are already fully furnished. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
About me: I’m 27 and work 9-5 at an education non-profit. I am out-and-about doing improv, trivia, or hanging with friends most nights of the week. I’m looking for someone respectful, tidy, fun, and queer-friendly.
