I have a room opening up in a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath lower unit in a 4-plex in the Ocean Park neighborhood of Santa Monica, just north of Lincoln. Available in September.

Ocean park is an awesome, quiet neighborhood on the south side of Santa Monica, bordering Venice. Just under a mile to the beach - easily walkable or bike-able. 2 blocks from Gelson’s grocery story, and less than a mile to Whole Foods, or Bob’s Market.

The apartment is lovely and feels like a house. Front entrance is off a fenced, shared yard between two neighboring 4-plex buildings. The side french doors lead to the tandem parking area behind the house.

• There is a small office and plenty of storage.
• Hardwood floors throughout, stone tile floor in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave, and gas stove.
• Doesn’t share any walls with neighbors excepts the nice folks upstairs. Separated from the front units by 2 staircases
• It’s light and bright with windows on 3 sides.
• 2 tandem parking spaces in the rear of the building (off street).
• The room that is available is 10’x12.5’ + a 6’x2.25’ closet.
• Additional storage available in the shared office/extra room. I would prefer to live with only one other roommate, and having this additional common area allows us to spread out in the space.

I’m a chill chick in my mid 30s. Prior to shelter orders, I enjoyed seeing live music often and traveling throughout California and beyond regularly. I’m a huge plant nerd, so there are a bunch of plants all over the apartment. I’m pretty new to the area (landed in LA last November) and dont have a huge community here, but looking forward to changing that when the world gets back to normal. I’m right in the middle of the introvert-extrovert spectrum. Either way. I work in the cannabis industry and have for 10 years, but I don’t smoke weed, nor do I care if you do/don’t. I’m pretty friendly, and while we don’t have to be best friends, I’m hoping to live with someone who is generally warm spirited also. Bonus: I’m funny!
