You’d have a private room ensuite bathroom with. The rest of the home is furnished. Plates, pots, cups, everything is here already. Also, enjoy the furnished patio in warmer weather!
Utilities will be split amongst the 3 roommates. Utilities (including wifi) are already set up- so very easy move in - move out.
This townhome is a 2 minute drive from the district + right off bangerter highway giving great access to anywhere you want to go, north or south. The community has a pool, basketball court + a playground as well.

The roomies are young professionals who enjoy a clean, respectful place. They are working professionals, in our 20’s.
This is a high standard of cleanliness house- if you don’t like cleaning… you won’t like living her.
