It is a 2bed 2bath condo, so there will be another girl living in the other bedroom.

The home has a security system, keypad door lock, doorbell camera, water sensors and all utilities (including wifi) are already set up so it’s easy move in- move out.

Water, sewer, garbage, pest control, HOA Fees are all included. You split power/wifi which is usually very low (aside from the summer time)
