The house is in a great location. It is about 20mins from Atlanta and the airport. Marta bus stops right in front of the township entrance. Fenced off backyard with patio furniture to just chill, fully furnished rooms. Shopping centres are a walkable distance. Free wifi. Clean,classy and quiet home and neighbourhood.

Just me for now. 2 rooms available with different rates. House is fully rugged so no pets allowed. It’s a clean, quiet and tidy environment. Zero tolerance to filthy tendencies from roomies. No couples are allowed. No smoking allowed in the house, but on the streets, yes. I’m respectable and have respect for others and expect likewise. I’m friendly, nice, easy going. Looking to have a clean, quiet, working-class/professional roomie. I have an intuitive spirit so I prefer a personal experience to know if I can live with you. The utilities will be shared. Rent is based on month-to-month payments.
