We rent a furnished room with a private entrance in our 3-bedroom home. We are very down to earth, keep to ourselves, and laid back. The ideal person is single, works ( Must show some proof of income and ID), (MAY CONSIDER A RETIRED PERSON), pays rent on time, cleans up after themselves, and keep the common area clean. A Roommate who does not do drugs has lots of company over, no overnighter, non-smoker or has no pets would be the ideal roommate. We have me, my spouse and another tenant here need one more quiet roommate and it’s a month to month with a 90 day probation period. Kitchen may be used for light meal preparation. If necessary.

Rent is First$ 850.00, plus a $300.00 deposit; including utilities, electricity, wifi, water, and trash (no cable). You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

You will need to complete a rental application, plus first, and deposit is required.

General house rules: -Maintain your living area clean -Restroom cleaning is weekly by every other tenant- shared restroom. -If you go out at night just be courteous to the other attendance by closing the doors quietly -Whatever you use must be clean -We work in the mornings so we just ask you to be respectful to the home/home owner.
