Single individual only (no couples). Non-smoker, no drug use, no pets, and no overnight guests. Must show proof of income and a valid ID. Pays rent on time, cleans up after themselves, and keeps common areas tidy. Household Details: We’re seeking a quiet, respectful roommate. Month-to-month lease with a 90-day probation period. Background check will be required.
Rent Details: Rent includes utilities (electricity, Wi-Fi, water, and trash; no cable). Application Process:
