We are renting a furnished room with a private entrance in our 3-bedroom home. We are down-to-earth, laid-back, and keep to ourselves.
About the Room: The room is for one individual only. Includes a microwave and a small refrigerator. You’ll need to share a bathroom with one other person. Rent is first month rent $850 per month, and $400.00 refundable deposit (refunded if the room is left clean and undamaged & you give your 30 days notice). Utilities (electricity, water, trash, Wi-Fi) are included, but cable is not. Ideal Tenant: Single and employed (must provide proof of income and valid ID). Responsible, pays rent on time, and keeps shared spaces clean. Non-smoker, no drugs, no overnight guests, and no pets. A background check will be required.
