THE LOCATION: This private bedroom is located in a gorgeous area of Santa Monica. 1 block to Santa Monica College, 10 minutes to the beach/Santa Monica Pier, and great transportation to UCLA, SMC, USC, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Downtown LA. There are also numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance.

THE HOUSE: Full access to a fully-furnished gorgeous living room, bathroom with shower and tub, and a well-equiped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a Washer/Dryer in-unit and ample area to lounge. To make this even better, this is one of the few listings with an amazing outdoor area. The backyard is huge and well decorated with a fire pit, lights, and even a HOT TUB!!

THE ROOM: A good sized bedroom with lots of natural lights. A bed, (including mattress), and desk are all yours. Good closet space and hardwood floors and tile throughout the entire house.

OTHER DETAILS: Rent is month to month. The other bedroom is occupied by an outgoing young female, (21), currently attending college. We are looking for another young female to spend the summer at this lovely place in Santa Monica. The house is around 1,050 square feet, with a very large back yard. Rent is $1,400 a month plus utilities, (water included). We’re looking for people to move in ASAP and the lease would be until the end of August!

In the other bedroom is a 21 year old female named Lauren. She is clean and very easygoing. She’s a student at SMC, looking to transfer to Boulder in the fall. She’s from LA and has lived here her whole life, so if you’re new to the area, she could definitely show you around!
