You will have your private bedroom, you can choose from a master bedroom with private bath, a room with private bath, or you can share a bathroom with one other person. Ask for more details. Shared commom areas and the back yard. Huge deck with outdoor seating for outdoor eating and enjoyment.

Currently only one other person resides in the property. Respectful, quiet, and clean individuals are preferred.
