West Lyndale Street

Hello, I am looking for someone to sub-lease my room for the remainder of the lease, which ends June 30. Move in date is March 1, but can be a day or two earlier. Reason for moving out: I am moving abroad for work.

The apartment is fully furnished:

• Upper floor: Spacious kitchen, dining room, half-bathroom, master bedroom
• Lower floor: Big living room, two bedrooms, one full bathroom, in unit w/d, mini bar
• Modern kitchen with garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a new microwave.
• Living room has big comfy couches and a mounted TV which has a PS3/4 (owned by one of the roommates), and a computer connected to it. Internet speed at 100 mbps. New router was recently bought by one of the roommates.
• In unit washer/dryer is downstairs and pretty much brand new. Landlord replaced it a couple months back.
• Central air conditioning and heating
• The room you would be taking over is in the lower floor and would be sharing a bathroom. You can easily fit a queen-sized bed, a desk, and two other pieces of furniture. Closet is medium sized.

Location:

• Apartment is right next to the California blue line stop, it’s literally a 1 min. walk. What’s also great is that you can barely hear the train, as the apartment is at an angle where other buildings are blocking the sound of the trains passing.
• In Logan Square, a street away from Milwaukee Ave., where there are plenty of bars, restaurants. and cafes.

Roommates:

• Both young professionals in their late 20’s. Great guys, fun to hang out with. No drama, only grilling. You will have to meet them.

You:

• Preferably male, late 20’s, early 30’s
• Be able to pick up after yourself and maintain common areas clean

Living costs:

• $966 for rent.
• ~$70 electricity. You would take over the electricity bill. One roommate takes care of the gas, and the other takes care of cable/internet.

Landlord will require a background check and a security deposit.
