Available June 30th. $1432/month. Fully furnished living room and unfurnished bedroom. If you are needing a dresser and bed frame I am open to leaving mine at an additional cost for the furniture - let me know what works best for you! Utilities and wifi not included but are always relatively low in cost. Please read everything below if interested :)

ABOUT APARTMENT _ Large 3 Bedroom/3 bathroom in an apartment (7 unit apartment complex), renting one private one bedroom + 1 private bathroom, 1 private balcony. _AC and Heat in unit. _Washer and dryer on site. I have never had a problem doing laundry when needed, everyone in the building is very respectful. _Gated apartment complex, very safe. _Hardwood floors, fresh paint, updated appliances, we each have a private patio and a back deck which is extremely nice for privacy and space. _ No Pets, No smoking, looking for ONE clean adult professional. _ Move in requirements; 1,432 for July rent + $2,000 security deposit. You would be taking over my lease for the remaining 2 months and then have the option to continue month to month or sign a year long lease. _ Street parking, Parking permit for you + additional passes for when friends and family visit; I have personally never had a problem with finding a spot on weekdays and/or weekends and always find one right out front.

ABOUT YOU; _ One Friendly respectable young professional, pay rent on time, clean and pick up after yourself, while keeping common areas clean.

ABOUT LOCATION: _ Located in Santa Monica, CA - only 1 mile from the beach in prime location on a quiet street near a couple of restaurants, grocery stores, delis, etc. _Very close to surroundings areas; Malibu, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Brentwood.

ABOUT THE ROOMIES: _ The other two ladies who rent are young professionals in their late 20’s and have lived here 2+ years, very clean, active, love cooking, conscious of each others space and common areas.
