Room: looking to replace my roommate.1 bedroom (bigger of the 2) available in a recently renovated 2 bedroom apartment, a queen bed is pictured in the room. 1 closet in the bedroom and a 2nd closet in the hallway. washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, 5th floor in a walk up.

Neighborhood: spanish harlem, M15 bus is on the corner, can be taken 1 stop to the 96st Q train. 6 train is on 103rd and third. Avenues away from central park, gym on the block, grocery stores nearby, deli downstairs, regular nyc loud outside, the building is quiet.

Me: chill, very organized/clean, scorpio, work in advertising, grad school student, vegan. likes: brunch, the sun, museums, pre-games, design, plants, concerts, white claws, bob’s burgers. dislikes: trump supporters, covid-19 non-believers, lgbtq haters, loud talkers, drama, messes.

You: clean and organized, chill, 420 friendly, not loud, keeps our things separate from each other, doesn’t mind doing their own thing, liked to go to brunch when life was normal.
