This is a private room with your own entrance from a small balcony/walkway. The room has a toilet and sink but the shower is shared. It is a really nice shower with steam shower if you like that type thing. It is across the street from Virginia ave Park in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Four blocks from Santa Monica College. Twenty minutes from Lax and half mile from Metro train to DTLA. One minute from I-10, 405 and PCH.

This is a four bedroom house shared with 3 other guys. One SMC student, one uber driver, one personal assistant in Malibu who is gone 5 days a week. They all stay mostly in their rooms so if you are looking to make friends, it won’t really work. Don’t get me wrong, they are all friendly, they have separate lives.
