I am a very cool, calm professional individual. I am appropriately sociable and I respect people’s space. I am very creative and eccentric and just all around happy. I must say I’m big on cleanliness, so if you’re not, we won’t be compatible roommates. Nevertheless, this is a very nice rental for someone who can appreciate a quality living situation. I live with two other housemates who are nice, responsible and work a lot. I am looking for someone who will be a nice fit into our home.
