I am a very respectful, calm and considerate professional individual. I am appropriately sociable and I respect people’s space. I am very creative, God-fearing and just all around happy. I must say I’m big on cleanliness, so if you’re not, you won’t be a compatible fit. Nevertheless, this is a very nice rental for someone who can appreciate a quality living situation. I live with two other housemates who are nice, responsible and hardly seen. I am looking for someone who will be a nice fit into our home. Please be patient as I will take time to screen candidates to pick the right one. I just really want someone nice, clean, considerate and decent. I’m ideally looking for someone on long-term basis.
