Large closet with a ton of shelving and hanging space for clothes. $650 per month includes utilities (WiFi, electric, gas and water). Indoor laundry access. No drugs, alcohol, tobacco. No overnight guests. Room is furnished with a new queen-size bed and dresser. Room becomes available in March. Approximately 5 minutes from ESRI and Redlands Community Hospital. Approximately 10 minutes from Loma Linda University, University of Redlands, and Crafton Hills College. Looking for female tenant who works or attends school during the day hours Monday thru Friday. I provide childcare during the day and tenants are not allowed in the home Monday thru Friday during the hours of 7am-5:30pm. State of California background check and tuberculosis check required.
