No pets, no drugs, no alcohol. No guests. No couples. Must be able to pass a background check and tuberculosis test. Everyone is pretty quiet and pretty much keeps to themselves. But we are friendly and will always say “Hi!” and smile at you as we pass by. Everyone is usually quiet and private, but nice.
