The apartment has high ceilings, a lot of natural light, and a nice breeze coming in from the ocean a few blocks away. Being close to the water keeps the temperature comfortable, even when it’s much hotter in other parts of LA. There’s also a private balcony and an upstairs loft area that’s set up well as a home office.

The upstairs loft works perfectly as a home office, and the private balcony is a nice spot to relax. The apartment comes move-in ready with a couch and kitchen table included.

Great location with a local deli, shops, and restaurants nearby, plus easy access to the 10 and 405 freeways. It’s also a short, scenic drive up the coast to Malibu.

Overall, it’s just a really easy and enjoyable place to live—bright, comfortable, close to everything, and in one of the best parts of Santa Monica.
