If you like a cosy atmosphere this pre-furnished primary room with private exit. The size of the room is 11 feet by 13 feet (much larger than the average primary room) it has its own walk-in closet and large private bathroom. Furnishings include: queen size frame and mattress, and a tall dresser. The kitchen has access to all appliances and cutlery and dishes/drinkware for hosting. The house itself is located at the heart of Bradenton with easy access to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and more. Utilities are $100 flat paid on the Friday of the week of the 15th each month Hana and Zach House Managers
There are two professional career gentlemen living on the south wing (shared bathroom side) of the house with one room cat (stays in the room/ also hairless and hypoallergenic). There is an additional office room available in the middle of the house for those that work online or would like to have another private space to relax.
