We have a single bedroom available for rent in a spacious 5BD/4BTH house starting August 1st. There are four people who live here currently and we are looking to add one more.
We have a great deal of privacy with a greenbelt behind us and being at the end of a court (which is a few hills off the main road). The house includes four other roommates between 26 and 45, three men and one woman, and one indoor/outdoor cat named Dosie who enjoys being the only pet in the house. We unfortunately cannot have other pets at this time. We are herb friendly but not a stoner den. We enjoy being social and would like somebody who can get along with everyone, but introverts are certainly welcome. We have a few small get-togethers throughout the year, BBQs during summer or a few people over for football season. Other than the occasional people over for a small get together it’s generally quiet and laid back. This is a place above all else to come home and feel relaxed and respected.
RENT: $775/mo LEASE TYPE: Month to month DEPOSIT: Last month’s rent ($775) + $500 refundable damage deposit (both due at time of move-in) UTILITIES: $100/mo flat rate
Your Personal Space: Single 120 sq ft bedroom with a large closet and shared bath on the second floor up one flight of 14 steps.. The bedroom is roughly 10 x 12 and has a medium closet. The upstairs bathroom includes a full bath, storage closet, and is typically just shared with two other roommates). This room gets plenty of light through an East-facing window.
Common Areas: Fully furnished on the main floor is a living room, kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, laundry room, back patio area with BBQ, and garden.
