We have a single bedroom available for rent in a spacious 5BD/4BTH house starting August 1st. There are four people who live here currently and we are looking to add one more.
We have a great deal of privacy with a greenbelt behind us and being at the end of a court (which is a few hills off the main road). The house includes four other roommates between 26 and 45, three men and one woman, and one indoor/outdoor cat named Dosie who enjoys being the only pet in the house. We unfortunately cannot have other pets at this time per the existing lease. We are herb friendly but not a stoner den. We enjoy being social and would like somebody who can get along with everyone, but introverts are certainly welcome. We have a few small get-togethers throughout the year, BBQs during summer or a few people over for football season. Other than the occasional people over for a small get together it’s generally quiet and laid back. This is a place above all else to come home and feel relaxed and respected.
RENT: $1,000/mo LEASE TYPE: Month to month DEPOSIT: Last month’s rent ($1,000) + $500 refundable damage deposit (both due at time of move-in) UTILITIES: $100/mo flat rate
Your Personal Space: Single 150 sq ft bedroom with an extra nook, large closet and private bath on the main floor. Both get plenty of light through East-facing windows. This room is located next to the laundry room.
Common Areas: Fully furnished living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, back patio area with BBQ, and garden..
Other Details: Parking: There is plenty of street parking available Proximity to Public Transportation: 5 minute drive to I-5 8 minute walk to the Rainier Beach Light Rail Station & routes 7, 106 & 107
