We’re offering a private room in our spacious, modern home located in the beautiful Tehaleh community of Bonney Lake. The home was built in 2022 and is approximately 2,500 square feet, so there is plenty of shared living space without feeling crowded.

The room is currently furnished with a queen bed, two side tables, a dresser, and a TV. Some or all of the furniture can be removed if you would prefer to bring your own.

The room comes with access to a partially shared bathroom. The shower would be private for the tenant’s use, while our two young children would occasionally use the sink and toilet. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent, along with access to the shared kitchen, laundry, dining area, and common living spaces.

The neighborhood is peaceful, welcoming, and surrounded by walking trails, parks, and beautiful scenery. Tehaleh offers a quiet community feel while still being close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences in Bonney Lake and nearby areas.

We are a friendly family with two young children, so this would be a good fit for someone who is comfortable living in a family household and is looking for a relaxed, respectful, and stable place to call home. We value cleanliness, open communication, and making sure everyone in the home feels comfortable.

We’re a friendly, easygoing family of four with two young children, ages 7 and 4. Our home is generally relaxed and family-oriented, with the normal activity and noise that comes with having kids.

We enjoy spending time together, taking family trips, watching movies, and exploring the outdoors. We’re respectful of personal space and want whoever rents the room to feel comfortable and at home while also being considerate of the shared household.

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, clean, and comfortable living in a family home. Good communication is important to us, and we would prefer someone who is friendly but also independent.

We also have two guinea pigs, so being comfortable around small pets is important. Overall, we’re hoping to find someone dependable who will be a positive fit for our household.
