I’m looking for someone to move in to the second bedroom of my 2-bed 2-bath apartment. It is newly renovated and includes nice appliances, a balcony, and free parking. All bills are included in the rent except for electricity, which I will split evenly each month with whoever moves in. Moving in will require being added to the lease, and the lease manager will conduct a credit and background check during that process. I am looking specifically for only one roommate (no couples).

I’ll be the only other person living in the apartment. I’m 21 years old and recently graduated from CU Boulder with a mechanical engineering degree, and I’m now working at a consulting firm. I like to hike, ski, play video games, and hang out with friends. I do like to keep my place very clean, and I would prefer that my roommate does too.
