Great Location for student(s )who do not have a car . Its just one block to South Parking Lot 40, the famous commuter campus bus comes every few minutes. If you prefer to drive, there is plenty of driveway parking. I attached a photo to show that the location is just a few minutes walking to South plot 40. Come out of the house, you can already see the parking lot where the buses are. Whole house tenants are female from Stony Brook University. This cozy bedroom has a twin size bed, dresser, desk, chair, closet and Air Conditioning. Wood floors and all light fixtures. Common area are: Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room.β A full bathroom is use by total of three students. Very safe and Quiet neighborhood and is known for students wants off campus housing with a little quiet place to sleep and study.
All female from Stony Brook University. Some are international and one is American. A pretty diversified mixture of house mates.
