If you are looking for a quiet and safe area, this might fit your need. All the students/professional who lived in this home had all say this is the reason they like it here. Location is on a quiet street and its one block to Stony Brook University campus bus. Its also near all major highway easy to Hospitals, and shopping center, grocery, drug store and banks. The area is know have students walk, e-bike to campus and its a nice area just do your morning run /walk. Room is private with its own bathroom. A C unit is already installed for summer comfort and a full wall closet with plenty of storage space. Fully furnished with a full size bed mattress, desk, chairs and end table. The two double bed was from first year rental students (sisters) we made an exception for them but going forward, we are interested one female only and will make it comfortable for your stay.

So if your preference is to share a house with SBU female students or young professional this might fit your need.
