I have lived here for 12 years and really love the neighborhood. Currently, there are two rooms available. One is $750 with a single bed and amenities. The other room is somewhat larger with a queen bed for $850, including amenities. They each come furnished or partially furnished and have tall ceilings and lofts above the double closets. Monthly utilities are split equally between the tenants and homeowner. Tualatin has many wonderful amenities close by, such as the Tualatin River and Community Park just 3 blocks away, plentiful walking paths, an excellent Public Library in walking distance, a stunning, golf course one block away, a variety of shops, grocery stores, and much more.
