Private room and shared living space available in wonderful two-story townhome. It is located in Tualatin, just 10-15 min drive south of SW Portland. The home is close to the beautiful Tualatin River, great parks, walking trails, downtown, library, shops, restaurants and other amenities. There are a total of three bedrooms (one bedroom per person). The available room is furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, hanging shelves for clothes, nice-sized closet and a peaceful ocean wall hanging. This room has a large east facing window, tall vaulted ceiling giving the room a spacious feel and also has a storage area above in a loft area. The shared space includes living room, kitchen, laundry room (washer and dryer) and shared access to a full bathroom (with tub and shower) next to the room being rented. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and disposal available for shared use. The home has air conditioning and heat (gas furnace). There is a Home Owners Association for the property, which takes care of mowing the yard and other external care of the property at no charge to you.
Rent is $850 per month with security deposit equal to one month rent on standard approval. Month to Month lease. Background check required. Utility costs are separate and split equally between the homeowner who lives here and tenant(s). Renters insurance is required by the day before move-in and must be maintained throughout tenancy (approximate cost is $14/mo) dependent on the insurance company you choose). No pets allowed.
