Private room and shared living space available in wonderful two-story townhome. It is located in Tualatin, just 10-15 min drive south of Portland. The home is close to the beautiful Tualatin River, great parks, walking trails, downtown, library, shops, restaurants and other amenities. The room is partially furnished with queen size bed and desk; it has a nice size closet with a large window and tall vaulted ceilings giving it a spacious feeling. The shared space includes living room, dining room and kitchen as well as shared access to a full bathroom (with tub and shower) next to the room being rented. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, disposal and washer/dryer available for shared use. The home has air conditioning and heat (gas furnace). There are a total of three bedrooms in the house. Cost is $750 per month with security deposit equal to one month rent on standard approval. Month to Month lease. Background check. Utility costs are separate and split equally between myself homeowner who lives here and tenant(s). Renters insurance required upon move in and throughout tenancy. No pets allowed. Street parking is free. There is a Home Owners Association, which takes care of mowing the yard and other external care of the property at no charge to you.
