Looking for 2 roommates to share 3 BR apartment. Unfurnished. I have furniture for living room, eat-in kitchen, and my own bedroom. There will probably be room for some of your own stuff if you like.
I want to find roommates as soon as possible as realtors/landlords won’t show property unless I have roommates in place. If you’d like to help search for a place I’d love that, but I’m also happy to search myself.
I am looking primarily in Arlington, Watertown, Belmont, Medford, and Somerville, but I am open to other locations. I assume we’d all have to share 1 bathroom. Because I have mild mobility issues the place must also be on the 1st floor with only a few steps up into the building. I have no pets, but I am open to them if allowed in the apartment.
I am 66 years old and retired. I’m home much of the time, though I hope that changes soon as I get used to this new non-working life. I am quiet and keep to myself mostly, but I’d welcome friendly chats with roommates.
I’d prefer female or female-presenting roommates that are older, say 40+, though that’s totally negotiable.
