I am currently looking for a 3 BR apartment and 2 roommates to share it. I am looking within 10 miles of Boston and preferably in the Arlington, Belmont, Watertown area, but I’m flexible. I’m looking for August 15 or September 1.
I am in my mid-60s and retired. I don’t have any pets, but if the apartment allows it, I love cats and dogs. I’m looking for an unfurnished apartment as I have furniture for my bedroom, the living room, and an eat-in kitchen. I’m hoping to find a place with laundry in-unit or in the building. I also have a car so I’m looking for a place with off-street parking.
I’m quiet and clean up after myself. I’m looking at some apartments this weekend so I hope this can move fairly quickly.
I’d prefer female roommates (or female-identifying). I’d prefer them to be a little older, like 40+.
