Hello! This 2BR/1BA house is just under 1000 sq ft, with a nice yard on a corner lot that has adjoining garages with the house next door. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen has a nice gas stove and oven, and the house has a washer and dryer. The bedroom itself is 12’ x 13’2”, with a closet that’s 8.5’ x 2’. Except for a few cabinets that belong to the dogs, we would split pretty much all the storage space, and there’s room in the garage as well. The neighborhood is nice, it’s backed up along a creek and some open land with lots of nice big tall trees and lots of greenery. The neighbors are very nice and are always bringing stuff over from their gardens or stopping by the yard to chat. It’s a pretty safe, close-knit neighborhood and my dogs are protective of the house so I’ve never felt worried. The house is centrally located just outside of downtown Red Bluff with nice walking routes around the area. Landlord is responsive and rental company is pretty chill, which is always a nice bonus.
I have two big goofy sweet dogs that are either playing or sleeping when we’re home. While I’m at work they hang out on the couch, and when I’m home we like to hang out in the yard. I work in the conservation field and enjoy going on hikes with the dogs on the weekend, and tend to keep to myself but I do also love a good yap.
