Hello! I have been in Red Bluff for about a year and am looking to replace a roommate that recently moved out in a 2BR/1BA corner lot single-level duplex home with a washer and dryer, and nice yard/outdoor space. I have two big sweet goofy dogs, and am looking for someone who vibes with a clean, chill house and likes to be eco-conscious. The room is 12’x13’2 with an 8’x2’ closet, and there’s extra storage space in the garage. Rent is $650 and water is included, the rest of utilities would be split evenly. Routine chores include shared yard maintenance, but I’m happy to work around mobility limitations, etc. If this sounds like a good start, let’s talk further! :)
