I am about to sign a 1 year lease for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the Spalding Dr/Holcomb Bridge area. The apartment is spacious with 2 master bedrooms with rooms on opposite side of the apartment. It even has a powder room. The complex has fantastic amenities with a huge gym, both indoor and outdoor pool as well as racquetball court, I don’t have much furniture so you are welcome to bring some or we can get some used stuff.
You will need to fill out the application at the apartment complex. With an extra deposit, you can bring a pet.

I am pretty organized and clean, naturally I hope you are too. Its about 100$ -ish. Deposit will depend on your credit history but could be as low as 100. I work in cybersecurity and enjoy keeping active. I respect personal space, and believe in courtesy, that I extend to not just my roommates but even my neighbors.
