The spacious, clean bathroom has plenty of counter space by the sink, big cabinet to ceiling mirror, floating cabinet with inside storage, bath tub with a shower enclosed by sliding glass doors and a bidet installed.
The house is located just east of I-95, between Camino Real and 18th St., about 3 miles from ocean beaches! An excellent neighborhood and convenient location near I95 and Palmetto Park Road.

There can be a maximum of 4 people living in the big, whole house, sometimes less, never more people. Each of the possible 3 roommates have their own bedroom and share a living room, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. I have my own private and separate area in the house consisting of the master bedroom suite, a second living room, a dining room and a sun room.
