There is another big TV in the living room and the kitchen has a 5 stage reverse osmosis filtered water system. No need to buy filtered water bottles.

There can be a maximum of 4 people living in the huge, whole house, sometimes less, never more people. Each of the possible 3 roommates have their own bedroom and share a living room, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. I have my own private and separate area in the house consisting of the master bedroom suite, a second living room, a dining room and a sun room.
