My dogs are very sweet, they are used to people since puppy, so you don’t have to worry about them. • Security deposit is for one month rent, so if your rent is $800 then the security deposit will be $800. It’s for just in case scenario, if you can’t pay for a whole month, you have that back up to fall into, if whenever you decide to move out, I will give you back that security deposit. • Any other situations, just come talk to me and we can figure something out! I’m a Registered Nurse and Air Force Reservist (EMT) who previously served 5 years on Active Duty at Wilford Hall. I purchased this home brand new in 2020 and currently live here with my husband.
