That bathroom is very spacious (two sinks, a lot of cabinets and a closet inside the bathroom). • I do have two dogs, but they will either be in my room or inside the office area gated, they won’t be roaming around the house, so I can keep the house clean. My dogs are very sweet, they are used to people since puppy, so you don’t have to worry about them. • Security deposit is for one month rent, so if your rent is $800 then the security deposit will be $800. It’s for just in case scenario, if you can’t pay for a whole month, you have that back up to fall into, if whenever you decide to move out, I will give you back that security deposit. • Any other situations, just come talk to me and we can figure something out! Communication is key. I’m very flexible.

I’m a Registered Nurse and Air Force Reservist (EMT) who previously served 5 years on Active Duty at Wilford Hall. I purchased this home brand new in 2020 and currently live here with my husband. The house is larger than we need, so I’m renting 2-3 of the 4 bedrooms located upstairs. My master bedroom is downstairs, and we rarely go upstairs except for cleaning and maintenance, giving tenants plenty of privacy and their own space.
