Bedroom has a decent sized closet and there is a garage for extra storage. There are two rooms available as well. House is smaller but has all the amenities you’d expect. Living room with a fireplace and TV, kitchen with a ovenstove and plenty of cupboard space, garage has a woodworking bench with some tools, and a sun room leading to the backyard. It’s about a 3 minute walk to WOU and a 5 minute drive to pretty much anything in Monmouth. Would be an ideal place for a college student, someone who’s looking to save money or someone needing solid rental history.

I’m easy to get along with. I respect your space and expect the same. I’m clean and I’m happy to do the chores on my weekends. I don’t expect anything other than basic picking up. There’s no other roommates other than my cat. She’s pretty average for a cat. She used to live with a dog and would probably adjust better to another dog rather than a cat but I’m willing to give it a try. House is marijuana and tobacco friendly. Just keep the smoke out the house.
