This will be a month to month lease agreement. Rent will be $1000 per month. You will have an unfurnished private room and private bathroom. Utilities and internet are included in the rent. The room is available starting August 1st. If you work from home or want a designated desk space, I do have a large L shaped desk that you can use for a small additional monthly fee. Shared spaces will include the living room, kitchen, dinning room, patio, and laundry room. The shared spaces are fully furnished and the kitchen is already very well stocked with plates/cups/utensils/etc, so please do not expect to incorporate any of that. If you do have these sorts of belongings, there will be some space in the garage for you to store a handful of boxes or other gear. Parking will be on the street, there is no permitting system and spaces are always available. The community is very safe and offers small green spaces, a pool, and adjacent running/biking trails. We are conveniently located across the street from a King Soopers, Gym, and other amenities.

I’m looking for a considerate, clean, responsible tenant. I’d prefer if you were also female or an LGBTQIA+ member, I will deprioritize CIS males. I’m hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle and schedule to mine. I hope we can be friends in addition to roomies. You also must love animals as you will be sharing this house with my dog and cat.

I am the owner of the townhouse. I am a 35 year old female. I am fairly balanced between extroversion and introversion. I love spending time outside hiking, paddle boarding, playing tennis, etc. I work from home, so the third room in the house is my office. My dog and cat also live in the house, they are both very friendly and affectionate.
