I am looking for a Roommate in order to ease the Rent Payment here at the RV Park Resort, The Space that is available is the Living Room that can be used as a Room, the Kitchen And Restroom are on the side of the Living room Area. The Place comes with a Refrigerator , Stove, Microwave. I Am looking for a person in their 40ās cause this Resort is for 55 & Over BUT there are some young residents who are in their 30ās.
I am a Single 47 year old Man, i tend to be fine with just being in the Small Room that is attached to the RV Trailer, the Living Room is very Spacious and is the larger part of the Trailer & has lots of room for a Bed & what not. I am a friendly individual that gets along with anyone rather easy. As for Rules to Follow, i have no rules & the person who is willing to move in can do as they wish, The Park has a public Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Library, Big Lake and other Club Related Centers that a resident can use. There are Events and other things that one could partake if they so wish.
