I’m 42 years old and I have 1 job and will be working Full-Time ( Depending on my Work Schedule ). I’m a friendly person and Looking for serious people who would like to Rent an Apartment that is not to Expensive and that we both could afford in Rent Payment and can have money left over for your self to spend wisely. P.S. This will be my first time in doing this so i’m sure i don’t know the Ropes of being or finding a Roommate, all i ask is to find a place were i can come home after work and have money left over in order to save up so i can Invest / buy a House later on. So finding a good place that the rent would be about $400 or so would be nice so that 2 People could just split the rent in 1/2 and have money left over to save up or spend as one likes.
