Welcome! This listing is to find another person to share my home with. You will have 2 rooms and your own bathroom. The home was renovated three years ago and has all like-new appliances that were new at that time. Overall, its a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. You will have your own bathroom and can use two of the bedrooms. Rent is $900 a month plus utilities. We will split the utilities, including Internet, and my guess is that“ll be about $200-$300 a month? I’m not entirely sure. It depends on usage and weather. The house does have central air conditioning.

The pics are mostly screenshots from the original listing from when I bought it. It is just to give you a sense of the place. I will post new photos soon. The common areas are fully furnished. I’ve been living here with others for 3 years.

The first floor has a family room, a living room, a half bath, and a kitchen. The kitchen has all the basics plus a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and an air fryer. The second and third floor has the bedrooms and the other bathrooms. You’ll have three rooms to choose your two rooms from. You can decide what works best for you.

There’s also a small back porch that I have set up pretty cute, and a large back porch that needs redecorating but is a good spot to chill. The house as a whole is pretty cute. It has that Pittsburgh charm with big wooden sliding doors to the living room, classic wooden trim throughout the first floor, and of course a Pittsburgh potty in the basement (that, also of course, doesn’t actually work anymore so it’s more of an ode to the Workers who built this city than it is a toilet 😆😊)

It’ll just be me and you, plus our pets. I hope you will feel at peace and cozy here. You will be living with me and my dog lumo. He is 7 years old and a Chihuahua Corgi mix. I am a 33 year old white female who works as a software engineer for now. I am also attending grad school to become a therapist. Im a pretty social human but also like to spend my down time in my bedroom listening to an audiobook or music while working a craft by myself. I am hoping to find a housemate who I vibe well with and who shares similar values.

You are welcome to bring your pet so long as it is not destructive and you clean up after it always. My dog is pretty sociable with other pets and humans once he’s confirmed they aren’t burglars, ha! He is most afraid of a cat burglar because he’s convinced cats are evil witches 😂 but, no worries, it’s more funny than anything 😆. He wouldn’t ever hurt a pet nor human. He is extremely afraid of small children though, just an fyi, but we can discuss that if it comes up.
