The house is <5 min drive from 417 and the Sanford airport. It’s a 10~15 min drive from I-4. Gated community with access to a pool and gym.
Animals come with an additional $250 pet deposit, per pet. (excludes caged animals)
We additionally split electric, internet, and lawn bills, this is usually between 80-150 a month.
We want to make sure the person moving in with us can withhold some basic rules such as keeping areas clean after you use them, keeping lights off when you’re done in a shared space, and making sure bills are paid in a timely fashion. If you feel that you can accommodate those basic rules, we will get along just fine!
You can opt for a month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month or 1-year.
